Spicy Ground Turkey and Zucchini Stir Fry
I'm always looking for new, healthy, and yummy looking recipes -- and about a month ago, I stumbled upon a recipe for " Spicy Ground Pork & Zucchini Stir-Fry ." Whilst I stayed fairly faithful to the recipe, I did swap out ground pork for ground turkey in an attempt to make the dish healthier. I'm happy to report that not only was this dish crazy easy to make, it was super yummy. A great recipe for a weeknight after work/school. Will be making this again soon! Ingredients: - 3 tbsp soy sauce - 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger - 1 tbsp Sriracha - 2 tsp sesame oil - 1 lb zucchini, chopped into bite sized pieces - 2 tbsp vegetable oil - 1 lb ground turkey - salt, to taste - ground black pepper, to taste - rice (optional, for serving) Directions: 1.
